If you have any questions for your GP after being discharged from hospital, please contact the surgery. - Do we use software during consultations in the surgery that converts conversations into a summary for the patient’s file? This helps the GP in their work. The recording is not stored. Only the summary of the conversation is stored in the patient’s file.
