Our practice is going to start using Viduet. Viduet enables us to organise care effectively for people with a chronic condition. From now on, you will receive an email from Viduet when it is time to book an appointment with the practice nurse or assistant. You do not need to download or use an app. The email will contain a link. Click on the link to book your appointment.
- During the month of your birthday, you will receive an email from Zorgdomein asking you to undergo screening and book an appointment with Certe, or at our blood test clinic.
- You will then receive an email from Viduet asking you to complete a questionnaire
- You will then receive an email from Viduet to arrange an appointment during consultation hours
· Do you have more than one check-up a year? If so, you’ll also receive these appointments via Viduet.
· If we do not have your email address, we will contact you by telephone to arrange an appointment.
· If you find it difficult to use a computer, tablet or mobile phone, please let the practice nurse or receptionist know. We’ll be happy to help you.
